The hospitality and food and beverage (F&B) sectors are increasingly adopting artificial intelligence and robotics as businesses seek greater efficiency, consistency and enhanced customer experiences amid rising operational costs. These trends were on full display at the 2025 HOTELEX Shenzhen International Hotel & Catering Industry Expo, held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Centre in Bao’an.
Among the exhibitors, Shenzhen-based Anno Robot emerged as one of the most prominent highlights of the event. Invited as a leading innovator, the company showcased its complete “Beverage Dream Team” series, attracting sustained crowds to its booth. Industry visitors, brand representatives and international buyers gathered in large numbers, positioning Anno Robot as one of the key traffic drivers of the expo.
Anno Robot’s showcase focused on AI-powered coffee solutions that combine advanced robotics with precision automation. The company presented the world’s first fully enclosed AI Robot Latte Art and Printing Coffee Kiosk, featuring a six-axis robotic arm with positioning accuracy of ±0.03 mm. The system can produce barista-style coffee and intricate latte art in about 90 seconds, while also enabling personalised coffee printing, including selfies and brand logos.
The open-design AI Robot Latte Art and Printing Coffee Bar also drew strong interest, offering visitors a clear view of the robotic brewing and printing process. This interactive format appealed to businesses seeking customised branding and customer engagement solutions.
In addition, Anno Robot displayed its AI Robot Freshly Ground Coffee Kiosk, designed for high-efficiency environments. Capable of serving double espresso, flavoured coffee, juices and milk-based beverages, the compact system emphasises speed, low ingredient waste and operational flexibility, making it suitable for offices, transport hubs and tourist locations.
The strong response at HOTELEX Shenzhen 2025 underscored growing industry interest in intelligent beverage automation and highlighted Anno Robot’s expanding role in shaping the future of smart hospitality solutions.
